1st Amendment

2nd Amendment

Ben was arrested and sat in prison for a year without trail so that is unconstitutional because you have the right for a speedy trail.
7th amendment
The seventh amendment says In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
mat was arrested for DUI and the police didn't let him have a trail by jury so that is unconstitutional because it states that you are require to have a trail by jury.
8th amendment
The 8th amendment states Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Mat was arrested for a speeding ticket and was fined 1 million dollars and he told the cops that it was unconstitutional because he is protected by the 8th amendment of no excessive bail and no cruel and unusual punishment
9th amendment
